At KC Aero Academy, we are currently looking to hire a full-time flight instructor CFI. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education and a commitment to quality standards-based aviation training. 

Requirements: 

• Valid FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Certified Flight Instructor CFI (CFI-I preferred)
• Pass required drug and alcohol screening.
• Complete Instructor Standardization Training.
• Provide effective instruction in the airplane and the classroom.
• Maintain a minimum 90% pass rate on first-time FAA Checks.
• Maintain a minimum 80% pass rate on internal stage checks.
• Adhere to all company SOPs
• Work with management on projects to improve existing training programs.
